If I were the boss
I would do as I please. I would make sure that my employees are arriving in the office. I would put a command that says “if you arrive late at the office, you must for 30 minutes without a song”. I would make sure that everyone does not miss work. I would have a crèche near the work place. I would not take any excuses of missing or coming late at work. Because I would be the boss and my word would be the final word.
I would not want anyone to argue with me. Every Wednesday I would throw a party in the office. I would expect everyone to bring me gifts. I would not take cheap gifts. I would take some time off whenever I like. I would tell everyone to do my job for me and take credit. I would expect someone to polish my shoes when I am arriving at work and when I am living from work.
I would spend more time shopping, doing my hair and nails. I would take one year leave. I would do as I please. And I would not expect anyone to do what I am doing. I would expect productivity at my employees. I would take one employee out for a holiday, just because of her great performance, while I was out enjoying my life.
It’s a pity I am not the boss I cannot do as I please. I have to obey the rules.
The point being a boss, is not to boss people around, but to lead by example, manage people accordingly, give them the right instruction, do not try to be the boss, but be a leader
ReplyDeletePersonally it's a good thing you are not the boos, it's clear you'll make other people's life a nightmare, I don't wish for you to be a boss one day unless you change your way of thinking.8/10
