It’s better to practice a little than to talk a lot

Talking a lot is a waste of time. There is this friend of mine. She always has something to say, but no actions. She is wasting her time mumbling. Why I say, she is mumbling, it’s because whatever she says give no sense.
She does not like working. She does not have a job but she wants a man with money. She is always saying “I want a better job” but her CV is not updated, to be honest she does not have a CV. How is she going to job hunt without a CV.? One day I told her about the position which was available but she did not apply for it. I keep on wondering why she lies to herself.  Saying something that you are not going to do, it’s lying to yourself.

I also used to talk a lot but no actions. I wanted to lose weight. I did not attend gym was not eating healthy, I was wearing size 36. I was always saying,” I want to lose weight”.  How was I going to lose weight, because I was not eating healthy and did not attend gym?  I did not put my words into practice.
Last year I started going to gym and I lost weight. This year I decided to eat healthy and I lost more weight. Now I am wearing size 32.  Now I am proud I did something. From size 36 to 32, it is a lot of work. It’s better to practice a little than to talk a lot
I think this blog relates to the topic
