My mother
I dedicate this blog to my late mother! Nowethu Sindiswa Phambuka Madolo. She was my pillar. She guided me. She was never afraid to correct me. She was always there for me. She gave me mothers love. Because of her love, I am able to love my son.
She was independent, strong, sassy, and neat. She was not afraid of death. She once told me that one day she will pass away and I should learn to be independent and loving. She did not like liars and lazy people. She was honest, hard worker and caring. I remember when things were not going well; she always told me “everything is going to be alright”.
She believed in herself. She taught me lots of things about life. Now I can face any challenges in life. She was very strict and loving at the very same time. I miss her tough love.
She will always be in my memories. I wish I could see her just once. I miss her smile, wise words, tough love, warmth hug and everything about her. She stood up for herself and truth. Today I am honest because of her. I have respect for other people. She taught me well.
I love you mom! I will always do!
Thats so sad, but she was really a hero, follow her foot step, and learn what she teach you, may her soul rest in peace
ReplyDeleteEish Ntsiki I can relate to your story. Hang on to those beaustiful memories, that's what keep me going when ever I think of my late mom as well. The great thing is she was there when you needed her the most, during your teen stage, am not saying you don't need her now, you'll always, but now you can face and overcome any challenges that comes your way, and thanks to her for her support and good foundation. She loves you too where ever she is...
